LSFF and LWL announce the winner of the Best Lo-Budget Short!

LSFF and Little White Lies are delighted to announce the winner of the 9th London Short Film Festival Award for Best Lo-Budget Short!

And the winner is....

AN ORAL FIXATION, directed by Kevin Gaffney.

Little White Lies' Adam Woodward said: "An Oral Fixation was the boldest and most accomplished entry, striking an intoxicating and often unsettling surrealist note somewhere between Matthew Barney, David Lynch and Gaspar Noe. Perhaps not the obvious choice but appealed to my darker side and really shows how effective/provocative you can be on a low budget"

Adam also said: "This was a strong group, and special mention should go to animations HOGAN (directed by Peter Millard) and YOUR DOG ATE MY CAT (directed by Claire Winter), and Ninian Doff's SMOGA, which was very funny and original.
