Still: Desktop Drama, dir. Myles Painter
London Short Film Festival is looking for a freelance graphic designer to provide design and creative support for LSFF’s website, social media and print literature. This would include an annual colour scheme, digital assets, the LSFF 2020 brochure, quad poster and more. Agreed day rates will be paid for ad hoc projects throughout the year and a full fee for brochure delivery will be agreed in advance.
We are looking for somebody who can bring their own aesthetic and ideas to the festival’s established identity, which has historically referenced zines and DIY sensibilities, and looks to encapsulate LSFF’s esoteric and experimental programming with a playfulness and approachability. This is an opportunity for the right person to grow their ideas alongside the festival and become an integral part of a close team.
Previous brochures and design assets can be found here for inspiration.
You should have confidence tackling larger design projects using InDesign or Photoshop. We will consider candidates at any experience level, but would need to see evidence of ability to deliver significant projects to deadline.
To apply, please send through examples of previous work you feel relevant and a mockup of an LSFF 2020 submissions banner to sarah@shortfilms.org.uk by 3rd April 2019, 5pm. This should include the LSFF logo (which can be found here) and the text Early Bird Deadline: April 22nd 2019, shortfilms.org.uk, #LSFF2020, @LSFF.
