Set in 1980 Brixton South London, a mixed raced teenager who grew up in a children's home goes in search for his birth mother. Based on the novel 'Brixton Rock' by Alex Wheatle, the film highlights the struggles of children in 1970's care system, identity and the consequences of truth and lies.
