In the 1970's a niche genre appeared in British film-making - folk horror. Presented as found footage, this film recreates the genre, whilst lovingly poking fun at it. A reporter is investigating a sleepy village. Discovering that the locals intend to sacrifice a young girl, she enlists the help of an expert in the occult. But is she too late?
