    When Anna discovers an unwelcome intruder in her home, she enlists the help of a mild mannered neighbour. Frank enters into Anna's strange and chaotic world and finds himself well removed from his comfort zone. Amusingly awkward social challenges follow and an unlikely relationship is formed.

Set in the heart of rural England this wry film takes a peek over the garden gate of a picture perfect country cottage into a brief moment in the life of angelic 86-year old Ingrid.

    A meditation on the enduring nature of love in the face of disaster; CODA is a short film depicting the concluding movement in the score of two young people’s lives. Hidden away in a forest, they spend their last few hours awaiting the end of the world in the only way that makes sense to them – together.

    Jamie Plaumer 4 mins (UK, 2015)

    Milton and Lydia is the story of a like-minded pair who take to the internet in their search for love. Milton's friends lovingly call him Egg, due to the abnormal shape of his head; and Lydia is divorced and tends to sleep with her socks on. The world of online dating is new to them, and the film follows them through the nerve wracking process of preparing for a first date.

    Inspired by a poem by actress Emily Bevan (Amy Dyer in the BBC3 BAFTA nominated 'In The Flesh), NO STRINGS is about a man and woman attempting to have a no strings relationship without success. The film was shot at Ott's Yard in Kentish Town, London, which was designed by all female award-winning architecture practice vPPR. The director Anna Jones has moved across from theatre directing to film and this is one of her first films.

    “The Deal” is a short stop-motion animation on the arranging of marriages in 1950/60s set in the Eastern-Polish borderland. The script is based on a part of Mikołaj Smyk’s diary — the director’s grandfather. The biographical objects used in the animation help situate the story in its original environment and express the atmosphere of the times.
