A film about the rehearsal process of dance company LeineRoebana. In the intimacy of the dance studio director Peter Delpeut captures the reflective rehearsing of the dancers in a choreography of faces, a play of glances: introvert, intense, gamely, concentrated, intimate, provocative. Also a portrait of a wayward dance company and an homage to choreographers Andrea Leine and Harijono Roebana. -

The film follows Anirudh’s attempts to separate fact from fiction, as he grapples with the demands of his new employer versus his professional ethics. -

Lithuania’s oldest factory breathes life into the next generation of workers and the clay bricks they toil to produce. The spaces, their textures and sounds, transport us to an uncertain, mysterious dimension. The decrepit factory, the Sisyphean labour it extracts, presents us with our own mortality. Like bricks we are but clay. -
