Rebellion is a teenage necessity, as youth find their way in the world, whether on the streets, online or among peers. Those of a certain age will remember their own teenage turmoil in two Eighties and Nineties-set dramas, plus a more contemporary look at a young transgender character, a skateboarding Muslim girl, and a teen with a million YouTube likes.

    Set in the late 1990’s on a London estate - our story follows 16 year-old Sarah-Lee. Feeling out of her depth when she hangs out with a gang of older girls, she struggles to impress the gang leader.
