ICA ICA

Pioneer of black British cinema Ngozi Onwurah’s body of work weaves autobiographical narrative with astute socio-political observation. The first black British woman filmmaker to have a feature film released in UK cinemas, we celebrate Ngozi’s legacy screening rare works and panel discussion.

Followed by a panel discussion with Ngozi Onwurah, producer Simon Onwurah, and Hilja Lindsay-Muwonge (actress, Flight of the Swan).
