+ cast & crew Q&A
In a futuristic city, racial tensions explode in the wake of a child’s death. This political action thriller was the first independent Black British feature film to be released commercially, retelling Black history through a dystopian, ghettoised future. LSFF profiles the work of Black British female director Ngozi Onwurah and we’re excited to be screening a rare 35mm print of her only theatrically released feature.
We’re excited to confirm a cast & crew Q&A following the film hosted by journalist and programmer Manish Agarwal, to include Simon Onwurah (producer), Orson Nava (assistant director & actor), Sian Martin (actress) Stella Nwimo and more to be announced.
