Immigration in Britain is part of our modern culture and these short films take a look at it in all its diverse glory, from a night in the life of a Turkish taxi driver in ABDULLAH, to rural farm workers in AS HE LAY FALLING and YOKE FARM, to the harrowing experiences in immigration court in THE INTERPRETER. Plus Indra Ové visits family in Trinidad in Kaz Ové’s DUBOIS.

In this darkly comic tale, Tatiana, a feisty illegal Latino immigrant, is thrown off a ship and told to ‘swim’.
